Definitely Need a New/Temporary Manip DD Director

So I tried posting this in the forums but got a lot of young, immature haters, and it got locked anyways.  I have no idea how to get this attention but this is mostly drawn from what I said on the forums.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous how there has been no manip gallery director for over 4months now. Manipulations have had hardly any DD's for awhile now. The few that have gotten DD's are from a few of the other gallery directors, none of which are listed in the help topic that lists all the DD directors which everyone checks.

is responsible for managing all the volunteer staff which includes those who feature DD's. I've sent her messages which she chooses to somewhat dismiss until I get another staff member to ask her for me, and give her enough pressure to address the issue I've brought up. He believes one of the other volunteers who has poor judgment with selecting "good" manipulations and does not pick manipulations that credit their photo sources.

I've sent requests to other staff to fix this and they all tell me to talk with moonbeam. I've had a forum topic similar to this one with less ranting that was locked because I was supposed to address moonbeam with this issue. But if the one person who is responsible for making any changes does not really care to replace the current manip gallery director () how can this be fixed. I know plenty of other artists care about this but it seems like nothing is being done. I've even sent a message to recently and she has checked the message but chooses to ignore the issue.

If you care to have another manipulation director soon, instead of waiting another 4months...support this journal...possibly make your own...I really have no idea how to promote change for this other than asking people to message moonbeam13 to get a new DD director for manips.  It's kind of ridiculous we have 2 gallery directors for space art which has less submissions submitted to that category and we don't have one director for manips.
